I have always taken lots of photos -using whatever point and shoot camera I owned, mostly for recording memories. I bought a Canon Powershot S3 IS in 2006. Early 2009 I did a photography course and discovered a side of my camera I had yet to use. In 2009 I bought my first DSLR a Canon EOS 450D and was constantly practicing, experimenting and trying to develop a photographic eye ….
Cycling the trails of NZ has become a hobby and form of exercise, and I bought a G12 as a lightweight option to use on the cycle trails.
In 2013 I treated myself to a Canon 7D and I love it.
