water sculpture at Brick Bay Sculpture trailPosted by kiwisa (North Shore, New Zealand) on 6 November 2009 in Art & Design and Portfolio. An amazing vineyard just north of Warkworth with a bush trail, exhibiting sculptural pieces in the vast landscape. This stunning polished stainless steel piece floats around the pond/lake, catching the sun while reflecting the sky and water.

@Zing: thanks reflections are also so much fun to capture @Tamara: thanks Tamara, I took lots of the artwork at the trail, but this was one of my favourites @ripple: thanks it was just floating around the lake at the entrance, ever-changing like a model on the catwalk. @Anina: Thanks Anina - the trail is well worth another visit on a sunnier day - and then there is wine tasting to be enjoyed as well @Nazzareno: Thank you :) @Sarito: Thanks, I took lots of & lots of photos as the sun poked it's head out from the clouds, the reflections became more and more intriguing @Skyriani: thanks:) @daniela scharnowski: thanks for the 5 stars, I gratefully receive them:) @Julia: thanks @MrsAmber: thanks, it was a shape that really caught the eye @k@: I think sunny days are best for this sculpture @Stephanie: the reflections colours were pretty amazing - thanks @Pavan Kaul: thanks so much @Marilla: thanks the tones are pretty cool -aren't they? @Gina: thanks |
