Until neverPosted by kiwisa (North Shore, New Zealand) on 26 October 2010 in Art & Design and Portfolio. This lane in Melbourne has fabulous graffiti art up and down both sides. Being a lane it is quite narrow to get a good wide view, however I still managed to take lots of shots:)

@Tede: Thanks - they are fun streets to explore with the camera:) @Fokkio: Thanks Fokkio - yes I will be posting over the next few days:) @CElliottUK: :) @Stephen: Thanks and yes I agree, I cropped the whellie bins out from the end of the lane:) @Mhelene: Thanks and yes you will see more tomorrow:) @k@: LOL - I think it was an art gallery, but was closed when I went past - so really was not open 'until never' ;) @Calusarus: Thanks @Tamara: Thanks Tamara - they are nice additions if they are artistic. The random signatures and swear words are not positive graffiti for me:)) Enjoy your day @peter.K: Thanks Peter @Adela Fonts: Thanks Adela - I really loved the colours in this lane. More views to follow:) @grouser: :) @Phil: Thanks Phil @john4jack: :) @dulang: Thanks @Bettina: Thanks Bettina - and yes the angle does help with the context. A few more shots to follow. @Christel: Thanks Christel, the art work was beautifully detailed so easy to photograph. Have a lovely day:) @Loner: :) @shahrzad: :) @Melocoton: Many thanks @Ted: Thanks Ted @k@: You and Google are very clever. Sadly it was too late in the day to go into the gallery, but next time I definitely will. @Gary: I've been to Melbourne many times but had never been up this lane before. Always something new to explore. @David: Thanks for the visit ... Until Never (the gallery) was exhibiting Shepard Fairey’s work but by the time I got there it was closed for the day. The wall that leads from the corner of Hosier Lane to the gallery’s entrance is covered with his most iconic images. |
