#11 Zanzibar- 1 Spice Farm Tour

Posted by
kiwisa (North Shore, New Zealand) on 11 February 2019 in Plant & Nature.

On our way up north we had booked a Spice Tour. It was so interesting to see the source of all those beautiful flavours enjoyed over a lifetime. These fruit are nicknamed "lipstick plant" which our tour guide demonstrated how to use....see tomorrows ST photo:)

I don't know this plant Francis. Interesting and I hope it is delicious?

@By Marie: It was not an 'eating' plant, just used for colour I believe.
